When sales and service teams in automotive stores work to exceed sales goals, the last thing they want is a printer to slow the process. We understand what it takes to keep your printing assets online, streamline the sales process from greeting through finance and motor vehicle document processes, and make sure the staff and most importantly the customer is not hindered by poorly deployed print assets.
As the sales process proceeds, the sales representative and the sales manager interact and provide documents containing quotes, lease and sales terms, automobile features and options – all within the first encounter with the customer. Smooth workflow is essential.

Green Peak Imaging understands the Automotive Dealership workflow. We work to save dealership revenue by strategically placing monochrome printers so that sales managers have quick access to printed materials as deals flow through and the deal jacket is built (leases, DMV, finance proposals, trades)
The General Sales Manager has a satellite multi-function printer (color?) to print as needed – proprietary, scan/fax/scan to network, scan to folder, scan to email, and can access deal jackets from the document management database at any time during the deal.
The deal is almost done. The deal jacket is handed off electronically to the Finance Manager. Green Peak Imaging knows that each Finance Manager needs at least a monochrome laser printer to print revised deal sheets, DMV documents including temporary tags where applicable, option/add-on proposals, etc.
We know that Dot Matrix contract printers are needed but they are being phased out with new scanning and printing technologies. This system is typically ADP® Proprietary, but Green Peak Imaging can offer Dot-Matrix contract printing solutions as well. Small scanners (not pictured) are needed for DMV documents, etc.
